Chemical Treatment:
For a house, First treatment is $299 for first two rooms and $99 per additional room. 2nd treatment is a free follow up within 30 days after initial treatment to assess bed bug existence and spot treats if any are found (2 weeks after initial treatment would be ideal). If a third treatment is necessary, pricing is half of the original pricing paid. For apartments, Studios and 1 Bedrooms are $179 (a living room and bedroom), with a extra $79 charge for each additional room. Same follow up as with homes and half pricing for a 3rd treatment (2nd follow up treatment within 30 days still free).
